1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Veebiloog (veebiloog.ee). Contact: info@veebiloog.ee, Tallinn, Estonia.

2. What data we collect and why

We process personal data only where it is necessary for the purposes below.

• Contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), service of interest and message. We use these to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Website visits: server logs (IP address, browser type, request time), processed to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Ad measurement (Google Ads): if you consent, we use the Google tag to measure how many visits and inquiries our ads bring. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses the following:

• vl_consent (browser localStorage, until you clear your browser data): remembers your cookie choice. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent.
• Google tag (Google Ads): sets ad-measurement cookies only if you have accepted.

If you decline or make no choice, the Google tag does not store advertising cookies on your device. It may still send cookieless technical signals to Google (such as the page address, browser details and IP address), which are used for general statistics and fraud detection. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell data to third parties. We use the following service providers:

• Zone Media OÜ (Estonia): web hosting and servers.
• Resend (USA): delivery of contact form messages by email.
• Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC: ad measurement, if you have consented.

When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep data

• Contact form inquiries: up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a contract is concluded. If it is, we keep data for the period required by law.
• Server logs: according to the hosting provider's standard log retention.
• Cookie choice: until you clear your browser data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• obtain information and access your data;
• request correction or erasure of your data;
• restrict processing or object to it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
